We understand that unanticipated
events happen occasionally in everyone's life. In our desire
to be effective and fair to all clients, the following
policies are honored: 24 hour advance notice is required when
canceling an appointment with no penalties. This allows the
opportunity for someone else to schedule an appointment. If
you are unable to give us 24-hour advance notice you will be
charged a $25 fee. This amount will be charged to the credit
card on file and must be paid prior to your next scheduled
Because of this policy, a valid
credit card number is required at time of booking. This policy
also applies to gift card and certificate holders as well.
If for any reason you are not
satisfied with our physical product, please notify us within 7
days for store credit only. Unused products in their original
packaging may be returned within 14 days for a full refund.
Special Orders and gift certificates are final sale items and
may not be returned.
All services are non-refundable but
we will be more than happy to work with you in resolving any
issues that you may have. Gift certificates are not redeemable
for cash or other gift certificates.
